Code of conduct for students
• Students should wear the Identity card in the college premises.
• Absence shall be intimated through leave note signed by parents guardian stating reasons
• Students shall not bring with them unauthorised persons to the college campus .
• Students shall take proper care of all college property.Any damage caused to the property of the college is a breach of discipline and is punishable.
• The Students shall take not littes& spread dirt in the campus
• The Student Should come formally dressed to the college and in the formal uniform.
• Collecting funds for any purpose is strictly prohibited unless permitted by Principal
• Students are liable to be removed from the college for misconduct or breach of discipline
• Smoking & substance abuse is strictly prohibited in the college premises.
• Students will not be allowed to use mobile phones inside premises unless prior permission is taken
• It is mandatory for every learner to have minimum 50/- attendance for each course & average ordinance
• Gagiging is titally prohibited inside &ourside the campus &any one found guilty of ragging or a betting ragging. Whether activiely or passively is Punishable in accordance with UGC regulations as well as under provisions of any panel law for the time being in Force.
Code of conduct for the staff
1) Staff members should follow dress code as mentioned in operations Manual
2) Staff members should be always polite in approach & keep a dignified demeanor as a role model
3) English is the official languge for communication in campus
4) All employees of the college are governed by leave policy as per operation manual
5) Staff sholdfacililate the students physical social intellectual emotional and moral development.
6) Staff should refrain from taking part in activities,religious or linguistic groups
7) Staff should strive for his/her cintinuoces professional development
8) Staff are expected to exercise some discretion in using cell phones & avoid excessive personal calls during work time.

Code of Ethics:-

The college has stated code of Ethics to check malpractices and plagiarism in research. The colleges believe in inculcating among its staff & students to abide by the highest standards of integrity in terms of the commitment to the values of honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, legality & dissemination in their conduct of academic research.
The institution explicitly for bids any type of misconduct in academic research vise plagiarism , fabrication, deception in proposing reporting results in research & deliberate deviations from accepted practices in carrying out research activity.

** NCC: - NCC aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, as secular outlook the spirit of adventure & ideas of selfless services amongst young citizens. Further it aims at creating a pool of organized, trained & motivated youth with leadership qualities in all walks at life, who will serve the nation regardless of which career they choose.

** Youth Red Cross: -The youth Red Cross cell aims at creating responsible citizens for the nation. The cell gives ample opportunities to students to learn & sensitive each start of society. The cell with collaborative effort of students has been activity conducting various camps & field trips for up liftman of the needy ones. The youth Red Cross cell truly believes that youngsters have all the energy to create value driven society.

** Rover & Rangers: - Rover & Ranger is universally recognized youth movement inculcates the good manners and ideals of disciplined living. It is the senior wing of scouting & guiding. It helps in all round development of the personality of the youth inculcate good manners.

** Alumni: -Alumni of an educational institution having & strong affectionate bond with their alma mater the care monitoring and teaching bestowed on them by the management & faculty member create a close relationship between the alumni & the Alma mater. Their visits to the institution give them a home coming feeling.
Alumni association is an association of graduates of former students. This association often organizes social events, publish newsletters & raise funds for organization. Many provide a variety of benefits & services that help alumni maintain connections to their educational institution & fellow graduates.

Student welfare:-

** Career Guidance & Placement Cell-The department of career Guidance and placement cell is central to any higher educational institution of liberal arts & science background. The college aims at the whole some development of individuals. The college through its CGPC enables students to pursue such academic and career opportunities, that would help students to set long term & short term goals that would help them to engage in their academic pursuit with greater sense of direction, purpose & fulfillment. Career guidance related services are given to almost all the students of the college in one way or the other. As a second and more professionalized step CGPC helps to students to find placements in various government jobs industrial establishment and other NGO sectors.

** GR cell ( Grievance Redressal Cell): Practorial board resolves students related matters pertaining to all acts of indiscipline. The proctorial board is chiefly responsible for ensuring that rules & regulations framed by college are being followed by the students.

To addressthe grievances/ concerns of the students pertaining to internal assessment completion of syllabus technical glitches during online classes. Conduct of face to face classes, infrastructural constraints, examinations issue related to back papers etc. You can contact to grievance cell.

** WH cell ( women’s harassment cell): WH cell was constituted to ensure gender equality and gender justice. The cell is responsible for looking in to any complaints filed by the students and staff about women grievance at the college. The purpose of the cell is to promote healthy working & employees & prevent sexual harassment & to promote the general wellbeing female students &staff.

The cell shall meet at least twice in every academic year & the intervening period between the two meetings shall not exceed six months.

** Anti ranging cell :- Ragging which is a social cvil can cause an ill effect on the student community.This may have a psychological and physical effect an a student

ABOUT US

Late D.R.Tambakad founded the HTVVSS Society in 1952. they meant to create an educational & co-operation society to provide basic literacy to the children of the farming community who were deprived of this basic right. Perhaps, they never imagined what they resolved to create would one day emerge as an educational empire of institutions of exceptional quality that all other institutions in the country would be judged against it. The HTVVSS achieved success, although success did not come so easily. Financial constraints, bitter criticism and humiliations from their adversaries had to be endured. The institution offers today KG to PG all most all best education opportunities in hirekerur, haveri. The unbelievable growth of an amazing magnitude, catapulting it to over several institutions from single institutions in 1952.
